Once algae takes root in the pores of your pebble-tec or plaster, it can require an expensive acid wash to remove. We don’t just skim the surface. We perform a deep brush of the "dead zones"—the steps, benches, and corners where water circulation is weakest. No more scrubbing under the hot sun. We ensure your pool surfaces stay smooth and stain-free.

Debris & Basket Management​
A clogged basket starves your pump of water. This causes the motor to overheat and can lead to "meltdown" of your PVC plumbing. A $30 cleaning visit prevents a $1,500 equipment replacement. We clear all skimmer and pump baskets, removing the mesquite pods, palo verde needles, and desert "surprises" that inevitably find their way in. You’ll never have to reach into a dark skimmer basket again. We keep the "heart" of your pool pumping freely.

Equipment Inspection​
 A small leak in Arizona can lead to massive water loss through evaporation and ground absorption. If left unchecked, it can undermine your pool deck or lead to total motor failure. Every week, we perform a visual "Health Check" on your pump, filter, and timer. We look for the small drips and hear the faint "bearing whistles" before they become emergencies. We act as your early-warning system. If something is wrong, you’ll know immediately—not when you wake up to a dry pool.
 
Chemical Balancing​
Imbalanced water is aggressive. If  pH is too low, it eats your heater’s copper core. If it’s too high, it deposits white scale on your tile. Improper chemistry also causes red eyes and itchy skin for your family. We test for pH, Chlorine, Alkalinity, and Calcium Hardness. We use professional-grade liquid and dry chemicals to keep your water "Bluebird Blue." Stop hauling heavy buckets of chlorine from the big-box store and storing dangerous chemicals in your hot garage. We bring the lab to you.

We believe you should know exactly what you’re paying for. After every single visit, you will receive an Automated Email Report that includes:

• Photos: A high-res photo of your clean pool.

• Chemical Readings: The exact levels of your water at the time of service.

• Dosage Details: Exactly what we added to the water.

• Maintenance Notes: Any "Heads up" items our tech noticed regarding your equipment.
